The Baseline – Racial Equity Round Stickers
The Baseline – Racial Equity Round Stickers set yellow “Racial Equity” lettering and two level bars against deep navy. Available in three sizes, the design names racial equity as a basic expectation.
What the design means
The paired bars mark a baseline for everyday decisions, from who gets hired to whose concerns get investigated. Racial equity belongs in the way those decisions are made from the start. A small URevolution wordmark sits beneath the message.
