The design pairs “be inclusive” with three everyday actions: ask about access needs, listen to lived experience, and adapt the spaces and systems that affect participation.
Inclusion takes attention and adjustment. The three sliders sit high, but not at the end: a reminder that access needs vary and the work doesn't stop after one conversation. The controls stand for environments, decisions and habits; they do not imply that disabled people need adjusting.
