When it comes to writing, I love to talk about my passions: wellness, womanhood, consciousness, and culture. When it comes to health, I am somewhere between laissez-faire Earth mother and hypochondriac medical mad scientist/conspiracy theorist. (Blame it on my Taurus Sun, Virgo Ascendant.) Still, I try to live an embodied life, which can be beautiful at times and quite awkward at others.
